The goods are sold from use or storage and have been photographed for the auction listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, the company documents and relevant paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a pre‑inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters relevant to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check a vehicle's possible tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle data service. • 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the original and the resale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale before placing a bid.
