Bidding period: The sale ends on 25 March 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property is offered first as a single lot, a total of 70 shares, and on the following day each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is greater than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers submitted, covers the minimum acceptable bid for each share series. The sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number the offer concerns. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.
