Sale period: Sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 16:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

The property is first offered for sale as one lot, a total of 110 shares, and then each share series separately. A combined offer is accepted if it exceeds the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers submitted, covers the minimum acceptable offer for each share series. A sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid incrementer. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
