The property is seized and is sold by private sale under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further information is available in the sales prospectus.

Bids concern the purchase price to be paid in full to the Enforcement Authority. The sales prospectus contains information on any loan liabilities, unpaid company charges or other claims that the buyer becomes responsible for or must pay to obtain possession of the apartment.

Bids are binding. If an accepted bid is not paid, the bidder may be liable for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
