Seized property will be sold by free sale arranged by the enforcement officer on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period: The sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 13:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property is offered first as a whole—110 shares in total—and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it exceeds the sum of separate offers and, when apportioned to the shares in proportion to the separate offers, covers the minimum acceptable bid for each share series. The sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included as part of the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
