Bidding period: Sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 13:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property will first be offered as a single lot — 110 shares in total — and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is greater than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers submitted, covers the minimum acceptable bid for each share series. A sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bid-increment automation. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and will be subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be delivered no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Helsinki office of the Enforcement Authority, address PB 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e-mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
