If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, PO Box 1, FI-00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property is seized and is sold by the enforcement officer in a private sale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and in accordance with the Enforcement Code’s general auction terms. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. More information is available in the sales prospectus.

 

Bids apply to the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. See the sales prospectus for information on any company loan shares, unpaid maintenance charges or other claims or obligations for which the buyer will be responsible or must pay to obtain possession of the apartment.

 

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
