For sale: 110/120 of the share capital of Asunto Oy Villaserra Bostads Ab in Helsinki — shares 11–20, Helsinki

Seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website.

Bidding period: The sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property is first offered for sale as a whole, a total of 110 shares, and thereafter each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is greater than the sum of the separate offers and, when apportioned to the shares in proportion to the separate offers made, covers the minimum acceptable offer for each share series. A sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic-bid system. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority, Helsinki office, PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
