6. Costs and taxes The buyer is responsible for the costs of the official confirming the sale, transfer tax, partitioning costs and title registration costs.

7. Transfer of ownership and possession Ownership transfers to the buyer when the sales contract has been signed and the purchase price has been paid in full. Possession transfers to the buyer at the same time as ownership.

8. Right to withhold The seller reserves the right to suspend the auction or not to sell the property without liability for compensation. A bidder who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, reimburse the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to the transaction.
