The bankruptcy estate of production company Hihhihhii Oy is selling the shares entitling to manage commercial unit LH 1 in As Oy Valtakäyrä, Valtakäyrä 4, 11100 Riihimäki.


Movable property is not included in the sale.


Information about the property


According to the manager’s certificate the commercial unit’s total floor area is 93.5 m2. The area has not been re-measured.


The unit has service charge arrears of €14,596.43 as at 31/12/2025. The amount of arrears and any costs at the time of completion are the buyer’s responsibility in full and must be paid to As Oy Valtakäyrä. Conclusion of sale


The time of completion will be agreed with the buyer after the auction ends.


The seller’s standard deed of sale will be used.


The seller will obtain the official extracts related to the shares for the completion.


The buyer shall pay the purchase price to the seller’s nominated bank account at the completion. Charge arrears are paid to the housing company.


The buyer will acquire ownership of the property after signing the deed and paying the purchase price.


Other costs


The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax.
