The City of Tampere is offering by tender the detached house plot 837-78-7333-1 in the Hervantajärvi district.

Hervantajärvi is Tampere’s southernmost district, located about eight kilometres southeast of the city centre. Tram route 3’s terminus is located in Hervantajärvi.

There are no mortgages, register-based easements or usage restrictions, or other encumbrances affecting the property. The city has not carried out any soil investigations on the property.

The plots offered by the City of Tampere by tender are open to all private individuals of legal age. The city will check payment default records for the highest accepted bidder. An application will be rejected in full if the applicant has a payment default record at the time of application. If the same private individual submits the highest acceptable bids for several different plots in the same auction batch, the winner may choose which of those plots to take. The remaining plots will then be offered to the next highest acceptable bidders.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject bids. Submitted bids are binding; the bidder of an accepted offer is obliged to comply with the sale terms and to pay the offered price and other costs related to the sale. The sale also requires a legally valid decision by the competent official or body, which will be made without delay after the tender. The decision is public and will be available on the city’s website. Personal data (names) will be removed from the decision after the appeal period. By submitting an offer you accept that your name may be published in the decision. The decision will not mention applicants who have an active protection order (prohibition on disclosure of information under Chapter 4, Section 36 of the Act on the Certification Service of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency).

The city will contact the highest accepted bidder after the tender and will request any additional personal data of the parties to the offer and information on any protection orders.
