The City of Tampere is offering the single-family plot 837-330-6279-4 in the Lahdesjärvi district for sale by tender.

Lahdesjärvi’s Västinginmäki presents a rare opportunity in Tampere for a waterside plot in the immediate vicinity of Lake Särkijärvi. Plots sold on the basis of offers by the City of Tampere can be applied for by any private individuals of legal age. The city will check the highest accepted bidder’s records for payment defaults. An application will be rejected in full if the applicant has a payment default at the time of application. If the same private individual makes the highest acceptable bid for several different plots in the same auction batch, the winner may choose which of these plots to take. After the choice, remaining plots will be offered to the next highest accepted bidders.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject offers. Offers are binding and the successful bidder is obliged to accept the sale terms and to pay the offered price and other costs related to the sale. The sale also requires a legally valid decision by the competent official or body, which will be made without delay after the tender. The decision is public and will be available on the city’s website. Personal data (names) will be removed from the decision after the period for correction requests. By submitting a purchase offer you accept that your name will be published in the decision. The decision will not include the names of applicants who have a valid protection order (a disclosure ban under section 36, chapter 4 of the Act on the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s certification service).

The highest accepted bidder will be contacted by the city after the tender and asked for any personal data of the parties to the offer and any protection orders.
