Foreclosed forest property for sale in Varpaisjärvi, Lapinlahti, Lapinlahti

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 22 January 2026 and 11 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline is 11 February 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Code of Enforcement.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The offer must be delivered no later than the day before the sale ends at 12:00 to the Kuopio office address below.

A written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies.
