The City of Tampere is offering for sale by tender the detached house plot 837-327-7722-6 in the Vuores district.

Vuores is known for its green outdoor recreation opportunities and excellent transport connections. It is located about 7–10 kilometres south of Tampere city centre depending on the part of the area, and comprehensive services are available nearby.

The property is not subject to mortgages, register-based easements or usage restrictions, nor other encumbrances. The city has not carried out any soil investigations on the property.

Plots offered by the City of Tampere by tender are open to all private individuals of legal age. The city will check the credit default records of those who have made the highest accepted bids. A bid will be rejected in full if the applicant has a credit default record at the time of application. If the same private individual submits the highest accepted bids for several different plots in the same auction batch, the winner may choose which of those plots to take. The remaining plots will then be offered to the next highest accepted bidders.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject bids. Submitted bids are binding and the bidder whose offer is accepted is obliged to accept the terms of sale and to pay the offered price and other sale-related costs. The sale also requires a legally valid decision by the competent official or body, which will be made without delay after the tender. The decision is public and will be available on the city's website. Personal data (names) will be removed from the decision after the appeal period. By submitting a purchase bid you accept that your name will be published in the decision. The decision will not include the names of applicants who have an active protection order (a data disclosure ban under section 36, chapter 4 of the Act on the Population Information and Certification Services).

The city will contact the highest accepted bidder after the tender and will request any additional personal details of the offer parties and information on any protection orders.

The plot owner will be required, for each dwelling, to sign a connection agreement with the chute collection company providing waste collection and pick-up services in the Vuores area (currently Pirkan Putkikeräys Oy) and to pay the charges specified in that agreement.
