Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Bids may also be made in person on site by submitting an offer directly to the seller. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before placing an offer, bidders are obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the inspection.
