The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com held between 19 Jan 2026 and 9 Feb 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 9 Feb 2026 at 13:30 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If an accepted bid is not paid within the agreed payment period, the bidder may become liable to compensate the seller under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The written offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The offer must be delivered in writing no later than 6 Feb 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the online auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants are advised to ensure their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will in principle be the person whose offer has been accepted in the online auction. If a bid has been made wholly or partly on behalf of another, a power of attorney or other proof must be presented.

The asset is seized and will be sold in a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying where appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale or against actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks of the sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
