For sale: a parcel of forest land from a seized property in Varpaisjärvi, Lapinlahti, Lapinlahti

The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 22 January 2026–11 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 13:00 on 11 February 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be delivered no later than 12:00 on 10 February 2026 to the address below for the Kuopio office.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.
