Sleeping places for six (two in the ground-floor bedroom double bed, two on separate beds in the mezzanine and two sofa beds).

The apartment includes bed linen and towels, washing machine and drying cabinet, air-source heat pump, fireplace and firewood, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, TV, radio and wireless internet.

Final cleaning, free parking and use of the gym (when not rented out) are included in the service charge!

Admire and enjoy the late summer by walking, golfing, cycling or hiking in Katinkulta’s stunning scenery and then relax in the spa’s warm pools.

Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers year-round entertainment for the whole family. The spa has over 20 separate pools, jacuzzis, counter-current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm kids’ pool, floats and swimming mats. Water and air temperature are always +32 °C.

Relax in Katinkulta’s renovated Sauna World. The new sauna and changing facilities were opened in December 2018. Sauna World now has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a conventional sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers with four selectable programmes of light and sound effects.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of the most beautiful in Finland. There is also a public course Vuokatti for beginners, the Club Course Tenetti and a driving range for practise.

There is also a great beach, Harmony Spa treatment centre, Superpark, Megazone & children’s adventure island and excellent leisure options (golf, bowling, swimming, gym, golf simulator, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball, table tennis, volleyball ...).

Several restaurants can be found in Katinkulta. The newly opened Robert’s Coffee serves speciality coffees, delightful pastries, tasty lunches and on-site artisan ice cream. The renovated O’Learys offers a varied menu and Classic Pizza is known for the best pizzas in Vuokatti. Easy Kitchen serves a generous breakfast daily and rotating themed dinners.

Service charge 2026:

Basic charge €249.60 / year.
Usage charge €114.40 / year.

The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and yard maintenance and acquisitions, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency duty, reception and key services, property management, administration etc.

Owning a holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As a week owner you become a shareholder in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you can’t use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or hand it over to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have the right to use the share from week 37/2026, from Friday 4 September 2026 to Friday 11 September 2026.

Check-in from 18:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

The sale includes 2 spa shares, each granting 14 visits to the spa. The spa-share service charge next year is €82.50 / share / year so the cost per spa visit is approx. €5.90 (normal price €27). Visits come as 4 × 7-use wristbands. Wristbands can be sold individually or all together if you do not need them. Spa shares have their own share certificates and are not linked to the apartment share, so they can be sold or gifted later, either together or separately.

Apartment renovation 2025:

Kitchens have been renewed and the mezzanine stairs renovated, walls painted, lighting and fixtures renewed, carpets, sockets, light switches, mouldings, all textiles and furniture (sofas, armchairs, footstools, beds, mattresses, TV units and decorative lights). Energy efficiency has been improved by replacing radiators and sealing windows. Bathrooms have received intensive cleaning, silicone joints renewed and tile and drain repairs as needed.

The renovation was financed by an extraordinary charge of €318 collected in 2025 (this has been paid!) and thereafter by an annual finance charge (the finance charge for 2026 is €118.56 / year and is expected to be of similar size in coming years). Loan term 3 years (the last finance charge will be billed in 2028). About half of the renovation has therefore already been paid, this year’s instalment being the largest.
