The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return, nor a right of withdrawal under consumer protection legislation.

If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they agree to pay the seller compensation of 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, if the 10% compensation is lower than €100.
