Holiday Club Lapinniemi Tampere Spa is located in Tampere city centre on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi in a former cotton mill over 100 years old.

Spacious holiday apartments are close to the heart of the city. What could be nicer than enjoying the many attractions, restaurants, theatre and shopping – then returning after an active day to the peace of your holiday home or a dip in the spa’s hot tubs. The same building houses lovely Harmony Spa treatments and restaurants.

There are outdoor routes nearby where you can admire Lake Näsijärvi’s scenery.

The Lapinniemi area is excellent in every respect, with a short distance to the city centre.

Tampere has plenty to do even in winter: the spa, Särkänniemi aquarium and Näsinneula observation tower, museums including the Moomin Museum, a cat café, bowling, escape rooms, minigolf, climbing, shopping, ice swimming and skating on Lake Näsijärvi. And of course many good restaurants.

Owning a holiday week is primarily carefree holidaying. As an owner you acquire a share in a holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including linen, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself there is strong demand and the week is easily rented out, or you can transfer the week to a friend by notifying reception who will collect the keys.

Maintenance fee for 2026:

€326.40 per year.

The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer receives use of the apartment from week 14/2026 onwards (Fri 27/03/2026 – Fri 03/04/2026).

Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
