Timeshare contracts

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt. The seller will send instructions for payment of the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the property manager the contract, a copy of the transfer entry on the share certificate and proof of payment of the transfer tax for the registration of the share.
