The buyer receives Villas owner benefits, allowing stays in Holiday Club Villas subject to availability as a last‑minute booking from €45/day.

  • As a Villas owner you can also book Villas in other locations at a last‑minute rate of €44/day for a minimum of 3 nights (excluding Naantali Villas). Villas Tahko Spa apartments are €80/day, minimum 3 nights.

  • Villas last‑minute offers appear in Holiday Club shareholders’ online service seven days in advance.


Every sixth week is available by owner notice only. If you do not use it, Holiday Club will rent the apartment on your behalf and credit the rental income quarterly.

Private use: every sixth week according to the company’s weekly appendix. You may reserve which weeks you wish to use; the remainder are rented out.

The buyer will receive an operator agreement at completion, under which weeks are rented and rental income is paid to the shareholder each third of the year, after deducting charges and company loan — the remaining proceeds are paid to the shareholder. Company loan €10,386.52 as of 31/08/2025, which the buyer assumes (repaid automatically from rental income).

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails to complete due to the bidder’s fault, the seller is entitled to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE: this invoice is enforceable). Participation in the auction without intent to purchase is prohibited.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the apartment and the company’s documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre‑inspection. The shares are sold on the basis of the information in the listing.

Seller’s information

Suomen Yrityskonsultointi is responsible for the correctness and currency of the documents related to the property. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms it has given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that could reasonably be expected to affect the sale. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all charges and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt‑free purchase price, and for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€39 private / €59 companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email when the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the property manager the deed of sale, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax for registration of the share.
