The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment as stated in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. If the buyer neglects to pay for the purchased item as described above, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for any losses and costs incurred.

The online auction ends on 21 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Participation in the auction requires registration.

Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Before final acceptance of the sale, the buyer’s credit information will be checked.

By placing a bid the bidder accepts that their contact details will be passed to the seller for credit checks.

If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid with the seller’s consent, the buyer must compensate the seller for costs caused by the failed auction (Act 27 March 1987/355 and Act 5 January 1994/16). The compensation for cancelling a binding sale is 15% of the purchase price, but at least €100. Under the Value Added Tax Act this compensation is not subject to VAT.

If items are not collected within two weeks, the seller reserves the right to apply the Act on the Right of a Trader to Sell an Uncollected Item (15 July 1988/688).

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted.

The purchase price is to be paid to Kiinteistö Oy Muiron account FI78 8000 1170 2720 59.

The buyer must submit a transfer tax declaration at www.vero.fi/omavero and pay the transfer tax via that service. When the Tax Administration issues the buyer with proof of payment of the transfer tax, this must be forwarded to the seller without delay so that registration in the buyer’s name can be completed.

The seller will deliver the share certificate to the buyer once registration has been completed.
