Viewing the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question, the documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a preliminary inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that may be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase shall, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
