Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making an offer, bidders must inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Other costs

The buyer undertakes to pay the seller €80,323.74 at closing. The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
