• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been described for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been detected during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item has no warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults and deficiencies.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Before buying, always check all relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bid. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day overdue.

• Uncollected items
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction closing, the buyer is deemed to have relinquished the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller's possession and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower selling price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this sale before making a bid.

And please note that

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an "as seen" basis, but the seller is responsible that the details given in the listing are correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
