• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. As the item has not been inspected by a qualified inspector, there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, the relevant property documents and other papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid may have its own collection fee; if there are multiple successful bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have defects or omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always verify all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and any potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any outstanding taxes, registration and inspection information for vehicles via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days from the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the auction. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per commenced day overdue.

• Uncollected goods
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the end of the auction, the buyer will be deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item will revert to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

Please note:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the lister confirms that the information in the listing is correct

• if the lister does not inform acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
