The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noticed when listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item and any company documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no seller-provided warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please note this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or be incomplete.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day overdue.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller's control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the originally offered price and the lower price obtained, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

Please note that

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller affirms that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
