• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noticed at the time of listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, and any company documents and records, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if there are multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added separately.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters that may affect your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection hours are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per started day will be charged for each day beyond the collection time.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods have not been collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is considered to have forfeited the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between any lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the advertiser does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
