• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, the company documents and any related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or return right is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are several winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the bid page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added separately.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bid. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late collection fee
  If the buyer does not collect items within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each commenced day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller's possession and may be re-sold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower sale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applying to this auction before bidding.

• you should inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
