• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, and any company documents or records, before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on anything that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the auction end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before bidding ends. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Delay fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day of delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without entitlement to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller’s control, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller confirms that the listing information is accurate

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
