The property is sold by means of ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 4 November 2025 and 7 December 2025. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by a sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 4 November 2025 to 7 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 4 December 2025 at 12:00 at the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a purchaser candidate can submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 4 December 2025 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to be able to submit the bid.
