Keski-Pohjanmaan Urheilun Tukijat ry and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The property may only be sold to the highest offer recorded in the system. Bids made in the auction are binding.

DEPOSIT €10,000.00 (ten thousand) must be paid to the seller's designated account within 3 days of the auction's end. The deposit will be returned if the sale is cancelled for a reason notified by the seller. No interest will be paid on the deposit.

If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the agreed purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price and/or the deposit may lead to liability for damages.
