Volvo V90, 2017, Kuopio

Volvo V90 D3 – High mileage, but still almost as good as new!

Here’s a genuine Swedish motorway cruiser that proves age and kilometres are just numbers! The odometer shows an impressive 495,000 km, but judging by the bodywork and interior, you would think it had covered half as much. A fully functional car with a complete service history and a vehicle inspection valid all the way until May 2027 – meaning you can drive for a long time without inspection stress!

A major plus: This model does not have an AdBlue system, so you can forget about messing around with urea and expensive AdBlue faults altogether!

Why this Volvo?

• Sport leather seats with memory: Sit back like in an armchair, and the car remembers your settings, even if your partner occasionally borrows it.

• Webasto & VOC (Volvo On Call): Forget scraping windows and freezing mornings – heat the car directly from your phone.

• Adaptive cruise control (ACC): Relaxed motorway driving – the car takes care of maintaining the distance for you.

• LED headlights: Spot moose and other forest animals well in advance.

• Keyless entry & start: You can leave the keys safely in your pocket.

• High Performance Audio & navigation: Your music sounds great and getting lost is virtually impossible.

• Towbar & parking sensors: Attach a trailer and park without worrying about bumps.

• Two sets of tyres: Very good studded winter tyres and good summer tyres.

• Electric tailgate: (NOTE! This does not currently work; the tailgate now has gas struts. Included are a prop to hold the tailgate open, as well as the lift motors, one of which works and the other is seized – this is why the gas struts were fitted. With a little work, a capable person can restore the electric tailgate on this Volvo!

This car has covered more kilometres than many Finns do in their entire lives, yet this example has been looked after better than many newer cars. A reliable, comfortable and stylish long-distance car, ready to drive away!
