Additional information

Well-maintained and mechanically sound BMW 525xd – 270 hp / 600 Nm

A good, properly maintained BMW 525xd for sale. The car has been serviced and repaired regularly, with no maintenance neglected.

The car’s performance has been professionally improved by tuning to approximately 270 hp / 600 Nm. Since tuning, the car has been driven approximately 45,000 km. The car operates normally with the tuning, and the gearbox works as it should.

Recent servicing:

309,000 km – engine oil + oil filter and all 4 brake discs

318,500 km – engine oil + oil filter and all 4 brake pads

323,500 km – glow plug control unit

331,000 km – engine oil + oil filter

333,000 km – parking brake pads and replacement of the left front shock absorber

After replacing the left front shock absorber, wheel alignment would be advisable.

Equipment includes:

Four-wheel drive (xDrive)

Leather interior

Bi-Xenon headlights

iDrive

Parking sensors

Alarm system

Cup holders

Folding rear seats

Chilled compartment in the centre console

Electrically heated door mirrors

4 × Hi-Fi speakers + 4 × Hi-Fi tweeters + 2 × subwoofers

Spare wheel and spare-wheel well in the boot

Engine block heater, used in winter

All factory equipment can be checked using the VIN.

Drawbacks / points to note:

The air conditioning occasionally makes a slight noise, but works normally.

Normal minor signs of use.

Small dent in the rear bumper.

The rust problem on the rear wheel arches was previously “repaired” by painting over the rust. The paint has now started to come off again, so this is worth noting.

This model does not have intake manifold swirl flaps, so there is no need to worry about this component failing as with some 530d and 330d models.

Overall, I have kept and maintained the car well. The mechanics work well, and the car is pleasant to drive both in town and on longer journeys.

I have many more photos and videos of the car, which I can send to anyone interested.

If you have any questions or would like more information about the car, please send a message.
