Defects and other observations

During a short test drive, we observed the following: 

  • Drives well, tracks straight, and no unusual noises were detected from the suspension

  • Gears change normally and remain engaged

  • Air conditioning works and blows properly cold air

  • When started, the engine makes a knocking noise when cold, which disappears as the engine warms up. This was assumed to be caused by the timing chain, which has been replaced, but the noise has not disappeared. The crankshaft counterweights are probably faulty; this has not been investigated further.



The vehicle has not undergone a technical inspection, and the operation of all equipment has not been tested. The vehicle can be inspected more closely at our premises in Lahti.
