Bid terms

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The winner of the competition must submit a description of the activities to be carried out on the premises to the landlord for approval.

Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the tenancy.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable the rental decision and notification thereof.

Bids
The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to request additional information and clarifications from the bidder and the right to reject all bids. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.

Bidding period

The bidding period begins on 26/10/2026 and ends on 15/11/2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids must be submitted via the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated deadline. The premises may only be let to a bidder whose bid has been recorded in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding.

Conditions for accepting a bid

Acceptance of a bid and conclusion of the tenancy agreement require that the tenant has no payment default entries and that no sanctions imposed by the European Union or the UN apply to the tenant, the entity owning the tenant or the entity exercising control over the tenant. By submitting a bid, the tenant confirms that these conditions are met.

Viewing the premises

The premises are let in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and existing at the time the agreement is signed. Before submitting a bid, the bidder must inspect the premises and documents themselves before making a binding bid. The tenant may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been detected during a preliminary inspection. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the premises as is.

Conclusion of the tenancy agreement

The deposit must be paid in full and the tenancy agreement signed no later than one month after the tenant has been sent notification of the decision, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.
