Bids must be submitted by the specified time. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the conditions of sale.

Inspection of the property
Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records concerned, as well as the auction terms. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Completion of the transaction

The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Code of Real Estate. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion of the transaction. The buyer pays the fee of the public purchase witness. The buyer is also responsible for other statutory charges arising from the transaction.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the transaction

Under the Code of Real Estate, a buyer who refuses to complete the transaction must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the transaction.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
