Seized sauna cabin and unfinished holiday home in Ahvensalmi, Savonlinna, Savonlinna

The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 20 October 2026 to 10 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 18:00 on 10 November 2026, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the Huutokaupat.com property number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The offer must be submitted by 12:00 on 5 November 2026 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Savonlinna office, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sale number 12560000305).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property.

Buyers are advised to examine the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before submitting a bid.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or an act related to, or preceding, the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
