Summer cottage by the lake.

The main cottage is approximately 80 m² and in need of demolition. Inside, there is a musty cellar smell that does not disappear even with ventilation.

The grounds include a small cottage of approximately 20 m² with a loft, a small outdoor storage building with an outhouse, a barbecue shelter and a lakeside sauna.

The plot is 2,100 m², with a very steep slope down to the shore, accessed by stairs.

There is an open barbecue area by the shore.

The lakeside sauna has a water boiler and a wood-burning stove.

Road fees are approximately €180 per year, property tax approximately €500, and winter ploughing approximately €200.

The buildings were originally constructed in the 1950s–1970s.
