The property will be sold by auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 16 October 2026 and 16 November 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 16 November 2026 at 12:30, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.
The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com property number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The offer must be submitted by 10 November 2026 at 16:15 to the Kuopio office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by email to erto.kuopio.uo@oikeus.fi.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the bidding period.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.
If necessary, the balance of the purchase price may be paid by 28 December 2026. The use of a payment period must be notified separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest pursuant to section 3(2) of the Interest Act must be paid on the entire purchase price for the full agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.
If the payment period is not used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid.
If payment is not made within the prescribed period, the buyer must pay default interest pursuant to section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been conducted.
Appeals
An enforcement appeal concerning the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the decision on the sale.
