Seized island property, 0.6300 ha, Outokumpu, Hönkinsaari, Outokumpu

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 4 November to 26 November 2026.

Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for submitting bids is 26 November 2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system.

The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 25 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the National Enforcement Authority, at:

Buyer’s liability for compensation: Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.
