The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 22/10/2026 and 19/11/2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 19/11/2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which it relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 19/11/2026 at 12:00 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

An appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
