If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in liability for compensation. If the party that made the highest binding offer submits an unjustified offer, they must pay the seller a penalty of €3,000 within 3 days for the costs incurred.


The final highest purchase price offered is subject to approval by the board of Keski-Pohjanmaan Urheilun Tukijat ry and a separate sale decision.

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Land Code, a party that refuses to conclude the sale must reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to concluding the sale.
