The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The final highest bid is subject to the approval of the Technical Director of Pieksämäki Town and an official decision (City Council 30 September 2024, § 41).

The property is sold on the Huutokaupat.com website. The auction ends on 25 November 2026 at 12.00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted in the online auction.

Pieksämäki Town is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and present at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. No warranty is provided for the property.

The buyer assumes responsibility for the housing company's share of the company loan.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding.

The property is transferred in accordance with the attached sales brochure and terms of sale. If the bidder whose bid has been accepted withdraws from the sale, they must compensate Pieksämäki Town for reasonable costs by paying 4% of the highest bid made, with a penalty of at least €2,000 payable to the seller.

After the online auction ends, the bidder who made the highest bid will be informed whether the bid has been accepted or rejected. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

Pieksämäki Town may request the details of all bidders as necessary to make the sales decision, and by placing a binding bid, the bidder authorises this disclosure.
