Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. The auction can also be participated in personally by submitting a bid to tuomas.peltola@me.com

The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Inspection of the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Completion of the sale

The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting. The fee of the public purchase witness is shared equally by the seller and buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Finnish Land Code, a party who refuses to complete the sale must reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the sale.
