The deadline for submitting bids expires on 08.11.2026 at 18:00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The Enforcement Authority decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid refers. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 04.11.2026 at 12:00 to the Lahden office of the Enforcement Authority, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Customer service at the Lahti office is open on weekdays from 9 to 12 in the joint service facilities of the office building.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
