Enforced sale property (2.6 ha) with buildings in Heinävesi (Sarvikumpu), Heinävesi

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 30/09/2026 and 21/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 21/10/2026 at 14:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If the bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the www.huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding increment automation. The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number of the online auction service to which the offer is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a general rule, the buyer and new owner of the property will be the person who made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other explanation.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure, and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal regarding the sale and any action related to the sale or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
