Seized movable property in a garage, Kouvola

The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 20 October and 11 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 10:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The bid must be submitted by 10:00 on 6 November 2026 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 452100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the person who made the highest bid must pay the full purchase price into the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official funds account. If the buyer whose bid has been accepted fails to pay the purchase price to the National Enforcement Authority Finland, the bidder may be liable for any costs arising from a new sale and for the difference in price in accordance with Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the prescribed period, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, late-payment interest will be charged annually in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act.

The property has been seized and is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales particulars are indicative and are not a comprehensive description of the item. The movable property in the storage facility will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The handover time must be agreed with the enforcement chief inspector handling the matter. The buyer is responsible for emptying the storage facility and removing and transporting the movable property from the storage facility at the time of handover.

Buyers are advised to carefully inspect the item, the sales particulars and the attached documents before submitting a bid.
