• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke a matter that could have been identified in a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making any offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection delay beyond this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
