Enforced steel pontoon pier 12 metres, unfinished, no. 3, Oulu

The object is sold in accordance with the provisions of the Enforcement Code by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in two separate online auctions.

The piers (5 pcs) will be sold either 1) separately, pier by pier, or alternatively 2) all five piers together, depending on which approach yields the better offer. Option 1) If the combined bids for the piers sold separately are better than the joint offer for all piers, the piers will be sold separately to the respective bidders. Option 2) If the joint offer for all piers exceeds the total of the bids obtained by selling the piers separately, the piers will then be sold to the bidder making the joint offer.

In this sale, the steel pontoon pier 12 metres, unfinished, no. 3, is offered for purchase separately as part of a total of five piers. The object is sold by ascending bids in an online auction arranged on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 14/09/2026 to 28/09/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A joint offer for all five piers may be submitted in a separate bidding process. The bidder decides whether to make separate bid(s) or a joint bid. The condition of the piers differs as shown in the condition reports. For this reason, it matters which numbered pier the bid concerns.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25/09/2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Oulu office, address Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu, or by email to erto.oulu.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
