The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke a fact that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for collection outside this period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
