The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when drafting the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making any bid. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase before making a decision, including, for example: vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will relist the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
